2011 Awards Application Criteria

The 2011 Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards will take place on Saturday 19th November in the Burlington Hotel Dublin.

Please download this application pack to find details of the categories and criteria for entry for the 2011 Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards. Please note that there are two new categories this year - Team of the Year and Credit Management Team of the Year. The deadline for entries is 5 p.m. Monday 12th September. Entries will only be accepted via e-mail to awards@ccma.ie
