Benchmarking
CCMA Ireland Ltd in association with Enterprise Ireland and the IDA have commissioned Amárach Research to undertake a study of the Irish Contact Centre, BPO and Shared Services Industry. The results of this research which will provide valuable statistics and benchmarking data will be launched in early September 2011.This study is the first of its kind ever undertaken in Ireland. Information will include details on contact centre locations, staff levels, volumes of activities, challenges, etc. The information will be used to examine the industry as a whole. All organisations that complete this survey will be provided with a copy of the final report when it is published.
The initial findings will be published in early September 2011.
