Overview
The CCMA Skillnet has developed a new programme Strategic Contact Centre Innovation and Management aimed at senior contact centre and shared services managers and directors. The programme is a HETAC level 9 Special Purpose Award. Please see brochure below for download.
It is a 12 day programme commencing in December 2011 (2 days) and with a further 10 days in 2012. We believe the programme offers excellent value for a Master level qualification. The programme will provide a valuable opportunity to network with other industry professionals across a range of sectors. It is based on three modules namely:
Strategic Management
Contact Centre Performance Management
Contact Centre Innovation and IT Management

CCMA Ireland supports a range of training and development programmes for our member companies. We receive funding from the Department of Education and Skills through the Skillnet programme.
To date over 103 member companies have participated in training with over 4498 training days completed in 2010. Over 90% of the training delivered is mapped to the National Framework of Qualifications.

A new CPD Diploma in SME Business Development Leading to A DIT Special Purpose Level 8 Award has been launched by CCMA. The programme will begin on October 19th and registration is required in October. A brochure containing full details can be downloaded below.
