This large, impressive, customer focused, fast paced organisation have the requirement for an exceptional Head of Customer Service to head the Customer Service and Support operation within this large, impressive, multi-channel, Contact Centre operation.

 

This state of the art, technologically advanced centre is seeking an individual who can demonstrate a background in embracing new technology having the ability to challenge the norm. The successful individual must have experience of working within Southern Ireland and will be highly focused on providing exceptional levels of customer support through Service and Complaints functions.

 

Key Requirements:

  •  A demonstrable background in management and leadership of a rapidly growing, changing site with a minimum of 300 FTE
  •  Operational Management experience of working within Ireland is essential!
  •  Experience in managing a customer complaints function would also be advantageous
  •  Extensive experience in managing Customer Service Contact Centres whose functions include white paper, email and live web chat in addition to traditional voice would be an advantage
