This large, impressive, customer focused, fast paced organisation have the requirement for an exceptional Head of Shared Services to Head the Shared Services function for this large, impressive multi-channel Contact Centre Site.
This state of the art, technologically advanced centre is seeking a Shared Services professional who has vast Call and Contact Centre experience coupled with experience in managing departments such as: Facilities and IT, Quality and Compliance and Resource Deployment.
The ideal individual to this post will be commercially strong with extensive Contact Centre experience and will have worked as a Shared Services Manager for a large, complex public facing brand.
