As an enthusiastic member of the CCMA, we are often approached by other organisations and asked HOW we have built our culture and award-winning call centre and the challenges we faced along the way. The level of interest around the HOW prompted us to work with the CCMA to provide an interactive, practical workshop on how to bring your core values to life in the daily work of every employee. We will share with you how we inspire our own employees – through Workhuman Cloud, a suite of human-centred applications powered by authenticity and positivity to celebrate employees and strengthen relationships through human moments.

You will leave this fully interactive half-day workshop with lots of ideas, actions, next steps, and a working prototype for your organisation.

On Thursday 26th of March, we would like to invite you to our Irish headquarters in Park West Business Park to spend a morning with some of the leading managers in the contact centre industry. Together, we’ll create a roadmap for your organisational culture that helps you identify opportunities to strengthen the values and behaviours in your team. We will share how this has worked in building capability within our contact centre teams. Our world-class consultancy team will lead and facilitate the workshop.
