Paul Thompson

Paul is the Co-Founder of What If Now, an AI agency working with SMEs and charities across Ireland to help them get started with AI, enabling them to be more productive and free up time to focus on their people and growth. Alongside this, Paul works as a Coach, supporting people through career transitions and helping them find the right roles, and consults with businesses across Ireland to support their transformation journeys.

Paul brings 16+ years of customer experience leadership to this work. He has held leadership roles at organisations including Google, LinkedIn and Sage, leading global teams dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels. His experience also spans vendor operations, project management and HR operations.
