Covid-19 has accelerated what was already a shift in work practices. In recent years digital technologies have fundamentally shifted how we do business and how we organise ourselves around our work. The current environment has added another dimension, the future of the office itself.
Brian is a transformation lead in HSBC and he will talk about some of the trends he is seeing. A number of these trends are very positive and will help us all to bounce back better. He will cover some of the human factors including:

About the Speaker
Brian is Head of Operating Model Transformation – Global CMB Data & Analytics, Global Commercial Banking, HSBC Holding PLC.
Brian is working for HSBC in a global leadership role, transforming how data and analytics enables the HSBC Commercial and Global Bank. He has worked in the technology sector for over 20 years on both the client and supply side, including roles with BT and AIB. He has wide experience in transformation and change, and is passionate about improving employee and customer experience through new ways of working.
