CCMA Awards 2026 - Webinar - Launch of Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards - Tips and Advice on Submitting Entries

CCMA Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of our 2026 annual awards. Our gala awards ceremony which will take place on Friday 27th November at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. The 2026 application pack outlining the 18 award categories and criteria for entries is now available for download.
On this webinar we will run through the 18 categories and the process for submitting entries. The webinar will take place at 12 noon and will be for a maximum of 30 minutes. The webinar will provide a forum for companies submitting entries the opportunity to ask any questions or seek clarification.

We have made some changes to the criteria in a number of categories this year so please make sure to read the full details.
We have also added a new category Best Use of Artifical Intelligence (AI) to replace our previous category Best Use of Digital Channels. This new category is to reflect the many programmes underway in customer service operations using AI to improve both the customer and employee experience. This category is open to entries from suppliers to the industry and customer service operations.
The CCMA awards offer a fantastic opportunity to showcase the work of your organisation and to recognise individual and team accomplishments over the last year in the CX industry in Ireland. If your operation puts its people first, builds a strong culture, and truly listens, this is your moment. The CCMA Awards are all about celebrating these triumphs.
The awards are open to CCMA members and non members and aims to acknowledge those companies that put their people first and truly listens to their customers. Customer serivce operations of all sizes are eligible to enter and there are individual and team categories. The CCMA awards provide a national platform to showcase your operation and your teams.

The closing date for entries is 5 p.m. Wednesday 9th September 2026, entries will only be accepted via e-mail to awards@ccma.ie
