CCMA Employee Engagement Workshop

Employee engagement has been identified as one of the greatest challenges for contact centre management and teams as they seek to transform their businesses whilst safely navigating their teams through Covid 19
This 2 hour online interactive webinar developed and moderated by W5 will provide advisory support to organisations who wish to take a look at employee engagement from a number of angles. The webinar objectives are to provide:
- An overview of the key dimensions of an Employee Engagement framework
- An opportunity for organisational evaluation / reflection of strengths/weaknesses
- A Toolkit of Ideas/Templates to addressing areas of weakness or build on opportunities
- Platform to enable sharing ideas/experience in a moderated environment
This will be an interactive webinar with a maximum of 20 participants, a fee of €30 per attendee will apply.
