CCMA - Energise the Body | Clear the Mind. Lunchtime Yoga Pick-Me-Up
Venue: 12.30 p.m. OnLine Yoga Class
Each class will start with a short meditation or some breathwork to centre the body and mind. Followed by a short warm up and some dynamic movements.
Class ends with a short cool down and rest 'shavasana'. Leave refreshed and re-energised.
- Try to find a quiet corner where you won't be disturbed.
- Wear loose clothing E.g. Sweat pants.
- Feel free to use a yoga mat or some kind of workout mat.
- Set your iPad or laptop up so you can see the ZOOM screen.
- Turning on your video is optional. Students will be muted.
- Wearing no socks will help with grip so suggest you remove socks!
Recording of the class will be available on the CCMA website later in the day so you can take class later if you wish.
