CCMA Ireland Ltd - Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021 - Online - Wednesday 19th January 2022 - 4.30 p.m.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of CCMA Ireland Ltd. for 2021 which was deferred due to Covid-19 restrictions, will now be held online at 4.30 p.m. on Wednesday 19th January, 2022.
The meeting will be chaired by Derek Temple (Director). All paid up members are welcome to attend the AGM. During the AGM, those members entitled to vote will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions and business set out below.
RESOLUTIONS & BUSINESS
The following resolutions are set to be proposed at the AGM
- Approval of last minutes
- Review and approval of audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020
- Election of auditor
- Nomination / election of Board members
- Any other business
Election of the new CCMA Board for 2022 - 2023.
Any CCMA member interested in going forward for election to the Board should submit a written application to the Board outlining the experience and competences that they could bring in driving the strategic direction of the Board. Please address your written application to the Managing Director, CCMA Ireland Ltd, P.O. Box 1016, An Post Mail Centre, Blessington Road, Naas, Co. Kildare. Applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Wednesday 12th January 2022.
Please note, that in accordance with the Articles of Association of the CCMA, suppliers to the industry can be members of the Board but cannot hold an executive office.
