CCMA - Leadership Development Workshop - How to Implement a Hybrid Working Framework for your Team

With the advent of Hybrid Working the way we work has changed and can now be different for each team member. This brings its own challenges and opportunities for everyone managing people.  In this workshop we will learn about a proven Hybrid Working Framework. You will gather information, ideas,  strategies and actions to allow you to implement the Framework for your team, organisation or business.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

  • Understand the challenges and opportunities of Hybrid Working
  • Learn from latest research on how best to lead Hybrid Working Teams
  • Understand your Team’s workload, mode of working, personal preferences, collaboration needs and motivational wants by using the Hybrid Working Framework
  • Use this Framework to develop specific Strategies and Actions to develop a highly successful Team
  • Share your insights and learnings with your Team

Participants will:

  • Analyse what your Team do; where they do it; who they interact with; what are their key relationships; what their individual preferences for working are and what motivates each of them. This will allow you to identify the options for where and how they can do their work.
  • Examine your Organisation’s Hybrid Working policies and ensure your Framework supports them.
  • Workshop best practice Hybrid Working principles with other participants
  • Hear hints and tips based on real case studies
  • Build a bespoke Hybrid Working Framework for your Team
  • Workshop appropriate strategies,  resources, technologies and practices to support your Hybrid Working Framework
  • Identify the Actions you will take in next 30/60/90 days to put make your Framework a reality for your Team

Course Facilitator Profile

Alison Creed of The Coaching Creed is an IMI trained Executive Coach & Business Consultant.  She is an Associate in the IMI on their Diplomas in Executive Coaching, Women in Leadership and Management. Her coaching clients work in leading companies across technology, financial services, manufacturing and service sectors as well as in government and non-profits. She also develops and delivers training programmes and workshops.

Alison started her career in contact centres, including managing several call centres and outsource providers in Ireland and then moved into management consultancy and project management internationally.  As Programme Director she and her multidisciplinary team delivered a world-class workplace/work culture for Macquarie Bank in Sydney (3,000 people) in 2009.  This was the first large scale Australian implementation of self-directed Hybrid working so she has lots of experience in the practicality of moving to a hybrid work culture and the ongoing management of a hybrid workforce.
