About the Speakers
Tina Larkin is a Sales and Service People Leader on AIB's Direct Banking Business team in Naas. In November 2020, Tina was the successful joint winner of the CCMA Industry Professional of the Year - Team Leader award. Tina has worked with AIB for 15 years starting out as a teller in the Tralee Branch, through various roles throughout the years, Tina has developed vast experience in customer service and lending skills. To pursue a new challenge, Tina moved from Kerry to Kildare to join the newly formed Direct Business team in 2013 as Business Relationship Manager. She was promoted to Team Leader in 2016, a role she thoroughly enjoys and is very passionate about. Tina manages a team of 15 people all now working remotely. Tina is known for her commitment and dedication to her team and her well known tagline is #teamworkmakesthedreamwork.
Niall Grogan is Manager on AIB's Direct Banking Business Team for both Naas & Airside. Niall is responsible for daily operations of the Sales element to the Business Team of 70 staff. Niall commenced a role as a Customer Service Official in AIB Dame Street in 2000. Relocated to Kilkenny as a Relationship Manager in 2004 managing 1600 Business and Personal customers. Niall has worked in several areas including Asset Finance,, Digital Services, HR, Quality Management and Business Relationship Manager. He was appointed Manager of the Direct Business Market in 2018.
