About the Speakers
Ana Alfageme joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2009 and now leads the Cork site. She is responsible for world class multilingual customer service teams across EMEA and APAC. Ana has over 20 years' experience in the Irish Contact Centre industry and contributed to Blizzard Entertainment Cork to win the Large Contact Centre of the Year Award in 2014 & 2018. Ana joined the CCMA Board in 2019.
She is a strong role model for many, leadership development is close to her heart as she is always focused on building a pipeline of talent for the organisation.
Jessica Stone is a CS Team Manager in Cork. In 2008 she joined Blizzard Entertainment France, moving to Cork in 2010 to take up the role of CS Supervisor. Promoted to CS Team Manager in 2014 she is an experienced and autonomous leader, working closely with Ana as a mentee. Jessica is currently managing a multilingual team and is studying Workplace Psychology.
