About the Speakers
Adrian Gurn is a HR Business Partner with Avant Money who has extensive knowledge in the areas of Compensation and Benefits, HR project management, system implementation, payroll and employment law. Adrian has been with the company for 17 years and, for the last five years, has led an internal working group of colleagues from across the business to promote and foster workplace wellbeing.
Delys Morgan is the Brand and Communications Manager for Avant Money and has been with the company for 18 years in a variety of roles, including Contact Centre Management. She is responsible for External and Internal Communications, Social Media, Brand Management and Citizenship, having recently completed work on rebranding the Avantcard business to its new name, Avant Money.
