We are delighted to get the opportunity to visit Bank of Ireland's (BOI) Customer Experience Centre in Dublin.
Winner of the awards for Large Contact Centre of the year, Customer Experience of the Year and Service Professional of the Year at the 2024 CCMA awards. We will be joined by BOI's management team and Tara Channon, Support Professional of the Year to discuss Navigating Change and Protecting Customers.
Our hosts Barry Gallagher Head of Customer Service Delivery and Nicola Sadlier, Head of Fraud will be joined by Tara and other colleagues to provide an overview of the BOI operation. The team will discuss the customer and colleague (human) led design deployed in the design and development of the Fraud awareness campaign.
The event will include a Q&A to deep dive into a number of key items that led to Bank of Ireland’s success at the CCMA awards in 2024.
There will also be a discussion on some of the colleague focused initiatives that led to a highly commended award for the Best Employee Engagement category.
This is a breakfast briefing event that will take place from 10.00 a.m. till 12.00 p.m.
