Winners of the award for Contact Centre of the Year - Medium at the CCMA 2022 awards, we are delighted to get the opportunity to visit CarTrawler's CX operation. In awarding this accolade to CarTrawler for the second year the judges noted their adoption of innovation, agility and dedication to their customers and their staff which generated clear gains for the business and improved experiences for their customers.
