To navigate the evolving hiring landscape successfully, Indeed needed to rethink their approach to innovation. This discussion will center on how Indeed’s mission “to help people get jobs” aligns with fostering innovation and efficiency within the industry.
The discussion will focus on two main areas:
Meeting Hiring Demands
Focus on the future of Indeed and new products that will complement the hiring journey. Indeed Hiring Lab economist Jack Kennedy will present data insights on the labour market conditions, including hiring trends, salary information, popular skills, and employer benefits. Hiring Lab analyzes millions of data points across time collected from Indeed’s proprietary job postings, resumes and marketplace behaviors to reveal emerging trends.
Technology and Leading Teams
Indeed leaders across Sales & Client support will provide insights into how they are passionately pursuing Indeed’s purpose “to help people get jobs” and improving the recruitment journey for all businesses. They will share how they foster a collaborative workplace that strives to create the best experience for job seekers. Hear from the Operational Excellence team on how predictive analytics is used in our Opportunity Manager technology to create frameworks for future growth.
