Winners of the award for Outsource Partnership of the Year 2025 we are delighted to get the opportunity to hear directly from FMI and Electric Ireland as to how this partnership has developed and grown over 24 years. The depth of services supported have expanded over this period to include acquisition, retention, complaints and cancellations. The judges were impressed with how this partnership clearly demonstrated its success in working together through its use of data intelligence and reporting automation to ensure they remained focused on the customer.
This event will be a panel discussion on the topic of Unlocking Value Through Shared Leadership.
