We’re excited to host a panel discussion exploring leadership and partnership in action, featuring FMI and Electric Ireland, winners of the Outsource Partnership of the Year 2025 award. Join us to hear how this 14-year partnership has evolved, expanded, and continued to deliver real impact.
The event will take the form of a dynamic panel discussion featuring:
- Margaret Hayden – Customer, Commercial & Strategy Senior Manager, Electric Ireland.
- Albert Keating – Managing Director, Ardowen.
- Majella Flynn – Head of Contact Centre & Field Sales Operations, FMI.
The discussion will be facilitated by Shane Byrne (former Irish rugby international).
During this session, we will share practical insights into the ingredients behind lasting partnerships, the impact of aligned leadership and shared accountability, and how smart use of insights and reporting innovation keeps the customer firmly at the centre of decision-making.
