Following FRS Training’s win at the CCMA Awards 2025 for Best Use of Technology: Project, we invite CCMA members to join us for an exclusive showcase of FLEX (Focused Learning Experiences), our in-house Learning Management System designed to adapt to the needs of modern organisations and learners.
Developed by our Learning & Development team, FLEX enables organisations to deliver scalable, accessible, and highly adaptable training programmes across diverse sectors. From compliance training to employability skills, inclusive workforce development, and corporate learning, FLEX allows training to evolve alongside changing workforce needs.
During the event, attendees will hear from the leaders and designers behind the platform, see FLEX demonstrated live, and explore how adaptable learning technology can help organisations build skills, improve performance, and support their people in a rapidly changing world.
We will also explore how emerging workplace priorities are shaping the future of training. This includes the growing importance of AI literacy and digital skills, as organisations seek to prepare their workforce for AI-enabled workplaces, as well as the role of inclusive hiring and Disability, Equality and Inclusion training in unlocking talent that is often overlooked.
The event will provide practical insights into how adaptable learning systems can support organisations to respond to technological change, develop their people, and create more inclusive and resilient workforces.
The event will commence with registration and networking from 9.30 a.m., our presentation will kick off at 10 a.m. and the event will conclude at 11.30 a.m.
