CCMA Members Forum - FRS Training - What Actually Works in Training at Scale - Striving for Adaptive Learning Excellence

Date: 21/10/2026

Venue: The Club Hotel, GOFFS Avenue, Kill, Co.Kildare W91 APW9.

Following FRS Training’s win at the CCMA Awards 2025 for Best Use of Technology: Project, this session shares the practical realities of delivering training across large, complex teams and what actually drives engagement and results.

Built in response to real operational challenges, this approach has helped improve learning engagement (+29%), increase completion rates (+18%), and significantly boost staff experience.

In this session, you’ll learn:

  • How to deliver consistent training across diverse teams and roles
  • Designing for accessibility and inclusion
  • What improves engagement and completion rates (and what doesn’t)
  • How to support learners with different digital confidence levels
  • How to adapt quickly to changing business and compliance needs

Through real examples and a short walkthrough, we’ll explore how a more flexible approach to learning can improve performance, reduce friction, and better support people in fast-paced environments.

This event is designed for business leaders, training decision-makers and Learning & Development leaders, with responsibility for capability, onboarding, or digital transformation. Attendees should leave with practical ideas, honest lessons, and a clearer sense of how intentional learning design can improve engagement, accessibility, and impact.

We will also explore how emerging workplace priorities are shaping the future of training. This includes the growing importance of AI literacy and digital skills, as organisations seek to prepare their workforce for AI-enabled workplaces, as well as the role of inclusive hiring and Disability, Equality and Inclusion training in unlocking talent that is often overlooked.

The event will provide practical insights into how adaptable learning systems can support organisations to respond to technological change, develop their people, and create more inclusive and resilient workforces.
