At the 2018 CCMA awards PayPal were recognised for their investment in and implementation of a technial solution that helped them abate and automate customer contacts whilse removing friction from their service to customers. PayPal's strategy made it possible to deliver an omnichannel experience that has been customised to the context and personalised to the individual.
