We are delighted to get the opportunity to meet with the Uniquely team on a site visit to their Customer Engagement centre in Dundalk.
Winners of Manger of the year 2023, Training programme of the year 2023 and Outsourced Partnership of the year 2022.
Our host Elizabeth Brown, winner of Industry Professional Manager of the Year, will showcase the Uniquely operation sharing insights on topics including recruitment, IT, training, operations and strategies on how to lead the way in customer engagement.
We will discuss how Uniquely are leading the way in Customer Engagement.
Topics to be discussed include:

- Technology in the modern era and how prepared Uniquely are for adapting.

The session will include a tour of the operational floor, followed by breakout groups with Function Heads.
The event will commence at 10 a.m. and finish at 12.30 p.m. A light lunch will be served.
