CCMA Members Forum - Virgin Media Limerick - Building Connections that Really Matter

At the 2018 CCMA awards Virgin Media received the CCMA Best Customer Experience Award for the second year in a row. Virgin Media’s central goal to “Make it easy” for their customers comes through strongly in what they do. Their thorough approach to improving customer experiences involved multiple strands of activity resulting in a 16-point improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the preceding 12 months.  The company continues to drive improvements for Customers.
