CCMA Sponsor Breakfast Briefing - evcoms - How Can Brands Maximize CX with the latest AI developments? Embracing innovation to move beyond the hype!

Date: 17/01/2024

Venue: Killashee House Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 DC98.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is receiving a huge amount of coverage across the media, and many organisations are considering how they can best take advantage of the rapid innovations we are seeing. There are also concerns about the impact of AI on the human workforce as well as how to protect customer relationships when delivering automation. In this session we will consider how best to move from research mode forward into delivering real business value for your operations using AI models – with the joint outcomes of delivering improvements in CX and driving operational efficiencies.

We are delighted to be joined for this event by Alan Gates – AI Thought Leader and EMEA Senior Solutions Consultant with Verint. Alan has over 25 years of presales, system design and implementation experience and has been influential in numerous customer contact and back-office workflow projects. Alan specialises in Verint's agent productivity tools including Engagement Channels, Self-Service, Automation, Knowledge Management and Customer Experience. Alan has responsibility for supporting the wider Verint business across EMEA and advising customers how they can optimise their customer service with the Verint platform. He joined Verint over 10 years ago, and prior to that led solution consultancy teams for Kana focusing on Digital Channels and Knowledge Management.

The event will commence at 9 a.m. and finish at 11.30 a.m. a light breakfast will be provided.
