CCMA Sponsor Executive Briefing - Solidroad - Replacing Tasks, Not People, Leading Teams in the AI Era.
Date: 12/11/2026
Venue: The Dean Hotel Dublin, 33 Harcourt St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 WC81.
The future of work isn't about replacing people. It's about preparing them.
AI is moving quickly, and there's no question it will replace certain tasks. But the need for people isn't disappearing. The role of the human is evolving.
So, how do organisations become AI-ready without losing sight of the people who make the difference?
Join Solidroad and CCMA Ireland for an exclusive evening bringing together some of the biggest names in tech and customer experience.
The evening will be hosted and moderated by Menno Axt of Dogpatch Labs, featuring speakers including Amit Bhalla, AI Transformation Director at Tech Mahindra, and Dave O'Meara, Claude Ambassador, with more speakers to be announced.
By bringing together senior leaders from across CX, Operations, Learning & Development and Transformation, we'll explore what it really takes to build an AI-ready workforce, sharing practical insights, real-world experiences and perspectives on the evolving relationship between people and AI.
This won't be another evening of AI hype or endless presentations. Instead, expect an informal, open conversation with industry leaders sharing their experiences from the front line of AI transformation.
We'll explore what's working, what isn't, the challenges organisations are facing, and how AI is reshaping the way we hire, train, develop and empower people.
Because while AI is changing the work, humans aren't going anywhere.
This executive briefing will commence at 6 p.m. and conclude at 9 p.m. Nibbles and drinks will be served.
