About the Speakers
Stephanie Good - is a Senior Manager in the People & Organisation Practice of PwC Ireland and is also the Diversity & Inclusion Consulting Lead. She is an experienced HR Practitioner and Consultant whose passion is helping organisations to solve difficult business problems with people impacts.
Bertie Murphy - is Head of Customer Experience at PwC Ireland, where he leads the Customer Consulting Practice. The team focus is on delivering End-End Customer Transformation across People, Process and Technology for their clients. Prior to PwC, he was VP of Strategy at Voxpro as they scaled the business internationally and sold to Telus International, before that he was Chief Commercial Officer at Abtran as they became the biggest outsourcer in Ireland and sold out to Carlyle. He is a Chartered Accountant and trained at KPMG Consulting.
