Cândido Ferreira, Head of ManpowerBPO Portugal Service Centers & BPO, with more than 20 years of experience in the definition, implementation, management and consulting of Contact & Service Centers in multiple industries. Cândido achieved international recognition at Barcelona 2019, being considered Best Contact Center Executive Leader/Director of the World at the @ContactCenterWorld Annual conferences.
