About the Speakers
Damien O'Rourke, is a professional within the ICT industry with 19 years progressive experience within ICT markets national and internationally.
Michael Gray is a homeworking, CX and Contact Centre Technology specialist. He has supported both fast-growing marketing-led businesses such as Garlands Call Centres and Sensée and established industry leaders such as Intel Dialogic, O2, BT, Aspect Software, IBM and Nortel. In 2014, he helped found and operate the UK HomeAgent Forum.
