This workshop is designed to be both interactive and practically focussed, and will explore the changes required in the Team Leader approach, in order to build a greater sense of togetherness in hybrid (home/office) contact centre environments.
Sensée's Rob Smale will provide insight based on the company’s 17 years’ experience of operating a work-from-home contact centre operation. He'll be joined by others from the Sensee team, including some of their own Team Leaders who’ll be able to talk about their own experience managing both office based and remote teams.
This session promises to be informative and engaging, and of particular use to those involved in the running of the contact centre. Come along and hear from the experts, but also with other CCMA members who have similar challenges. Specific topics to be explored will include:
- How you build a Digital Workplace where workers on the same work mission can learn, share, celebrate together, regardless of whether they work from home or from the office.
- What skills and capabilities do Leaders & Managers need, to meet the needs of those working from home or operating in a hybrid setting? How these can be both developed and supported.
