The webinar will be delivered by Bridget Gallagher
Bridget is a Leadership Coach with over 20 years' experience in leadership and people management, including 17 years in a regulated healthcare and insurance contact centre environment and 3 years in an outsourcing contact centre. She is an EMCC Practitioner Coach and holds an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, along with professional qualifications in Contact Centre Management, Training & Development and Insurance.
The webinar will commence at 12 noon and conclude at 12.30 p.m.
Two participants on the webinar will be given the opportunity to show their interest in a complimentary coaching opportunity with Bridget that will include six one to one online coaching sessions. Full details will be shared during the webinar.
