Discover how to use your inbound customer demand through any channel to improve your service offering. Your inbound calls, emails and chat interactions are a powerful source of information on what your customers value. At this in person workshop Cormac Murphy of Ennovate Consulting will work with members on how to Listen to your Customers to build the Service they want.
In this workshop we will discover:
- How to listen and question better to help staff better fit your services to customers needs
- How to gather root cause issues from the front line and use them to improve your service
- How to manage the tension in your frontline processes between responsiveness and quality improvement
- How to engage your front-line managers in the process in a way that makes sense to them
The workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and a light lunch will be served.
Cost per delegate is €175 for CCMA members and €225 for non CCMA members. Spaces limited to 15.
