In this session, you will:

  • Learn how to prioritise key journeys and identify the personas involved.
  • Discover how to bring these elements together in effective journey maps.
  • Consider your key stakeholders and how to secure buy-in to ensure lasting impact.

You’ll leave the workshop with a view of your priority journeys, personas, and stakeholders.   

This 3 hour workshop will commence at 9.30 and conclude at 12.30 p.m.
