CMOS - Sales and Marketing Executive

Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, charismatic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our client base. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients by showcasing the value of our customer services and credit control solutions. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute campaigns, identify target clients, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development:
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through targeted outreach efforts.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including follow-up and account management post-sale.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients within targeted sectors for customer service and credit control outsourcing.
- Conduct consultative sales calls, product demos, and presentations to highlight our value propositions.
Tenders:
- Responsibilities will include crafting compelling, clear, and targeted responses to Tenders that align with the prospective client's needs and objectives.
- Reviewing the tender documents,
- Understanding the client’s requirements and ensuring the proposal highlights the company’s unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information, tailor responses to address specific criteria, and showcase the company’s strengths and experience.
- Effective written communication is essential to build credibility, address the client’s questions, and differentiate the company from competitors, ultimately positioning it as the preferred choice for the contract.
Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate on content creation (blog posts, case studies, white papers, email newsletters) to highlight customer services and credit control expertise.
- Utilise social media, email, and our CRM platforms to run targeted campaigns and manage inbound and outbound lead generation.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify client needs.
- Help define target markets, ideal client profiles, and develop tailored messaging to attract clients.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to maximise client retention and potential for upselling.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant forums to build professional relationships.
Key Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Advantageous – education in marketing, sales, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within outsourcing, customer service, or credit control sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of customer services and/or credit control functions and their importance to business operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- High energy, self-motivated, and proactive with the ability to work independently.
