KSN Energy - Customer Service Agent

KSN Energy is the go-to operations management company for the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the unique opportunity to help homeowners take advantage of SEAI schemes, including Home Energy Grants and Free Energy Upgrades. You'll be the voice of KSN Energy, interacting with customers to guide them through the process and providing them with the best possible experience.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills. You'll be working with a fantastic team of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in people's lives by helping them save energy and money.

We offer a starting salary of €27,000 per annum with Monday to Friday working hours from 8.50am-5pm. We offer a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office 2 days working from home. While there is no bonus in the pay structure, we offer a supportive and friendly work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails from homeowners and installers
  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers, meeting agreedupon quality standards
  • Conducting follow-up activities and administrative duties
  • Updating databases accurately and consistently
  • Managing complaints in line with operating procedures Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a contact centre or busy office support environment
  • Ability to follow processes and deadlines with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to build positive relationships and network effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Windows
  • High level of motivation

Education: Minimum Leaving Certificate

Experience: At least one year in a similar role with experience in Microsoft Office and Windows
