About the Role

Base Location: Dublin

Salary: €26,235 depending on skills and experience + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

We believe in treating our customers like family and always going the extra mile in whatever, we do and we are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Customer Service Advisors to join our team.

As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering inbound customer queries as the first point of contact for SSE Airtricity
  • Taking ownership and striving to resolve situations effectively on the call
  • Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Using our many different systems you will perform administrative duties based on the conversations you will be having with our customers
  • Working on developing your skills you will be encouraged to ask questions, suggest improvements, and take on board all training offered to you so you can progress within SSE Airtricity.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in either a contact centre or a face-to-face capacity and a history of working in a compliant and target-based environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
  • As numbers form a large part of this role, we will require you to have analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Confidence with computers is a must as you will be working on multiple systems at once in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills.
