Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2020
CCMA Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of our 2020 annual awards. We know things are looking different now and we are very conscious of the impact of Covid 19 on our member company operations but we would like to once again recognise the fantastic work and individual and team accomplishments particularly in recent months.
We plan to host our 2020 gala awards ceremony (whilst observing relevant government guidelines that may be in place at the time) on Saturday 14th November, 2020 in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin 4. Nearer the time we can confirm all the details but we certainly hope that those shortlisted can attend and the event will be streamed live so that colleagues, families and friends can also participate albeit at a distance if needs be.
The 2020 application pack outlining the 17 award categories and criteria for entries is now available for download. Please note there are a number of changes this year as follows:
- Impact of Covid 19 - for almost all categories we recognise that over the last 3 months and in the coming months Covid 19 has impacted on how we work and operate our contact centres – this has been reflected and is now included in the criteria for all categories as appropriate.
- New Category – specifically taking account of Covid 19 we have a new (and hopefully once off category!) on Best Response to Covid 19.
- Shortlisted Candidates & Companies - The process for evaluating categories requiring presentations will be amended to cater for social distancing and other relevant restrictions.
The closing date for entries is 2 p.m. Wednesday 2nd September 2020, entries will only be accepted via e-mail.
A judges conference call will take place at 2.00 p.m. on Wednesday 1st July, 2020. This will give companies submitting entries the opportunity to ask any questions or seek clarification. If you would like to participate in this call please register below.
