And it's that time of the year again where our members glam up for our annual CCMA awards!

Once more, we unite to celebrate and honor the outstanding achievements of both individuals and teams in the Customer Contact and Shared Services industry in Ireland. In a world where virtual team building and remote work have become part of the norm, the customer service industry has shown adaptiveness, innovation and the admirable ability to continue thriving. We firmly believe that the teams and organizations leading the charge deserve recognition for their unwavering determination, inventive approaches, and persistence in delivering exceptional customer service in their respective markets.

Event Details

This year, our grand awards ceremony will take place at 7pm with the ceremony starting at 8pm, on Friday, 17 November at the RDS, Ballsbridge in Dublin 4.
