CCMA Wishes All Members a Happy Holiday

As we look ahead to 2024, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year. We had our biggest ever attendance at our recent CCMA annual awards, with over 700 industry professionals joining us. Once again, a big thank you to our gold sponsor for the awards, Workair, and to the team at the RDS for hosting us. We had the famous Oliver Callan hosting this year, providing us with much laughter and entertainment as we celebrated the top achievers of our industry.

Our annual conference, sponsored by BT, took place in the Aviva in May, with insightful discussions on Embracing a new era of Customer Experience and Employee Engagement. 

We want to thank all our corporate sponsors for their support this year and wish them, and all our members, a Happy Christmas from all of us here at the CCMA.

2024 Schedule

Into the New Year, we will continue to work with our members and sponsors to create and deliver engaging site visits, breakfast briefings, webinars and workshops on key aspects of the CX industry in Ireland. As before, we’ll focus on topics such as future trends, emerging technologies including AI, managing hybrid teams, leadership, transformation, employee engagement, wellbeing and much more...

We are busy working on our schedule of events for 2024, and putting together a tight agenda covering a wide range of subjects on CX, the modern-day contact centre, and best practices that organisations should be both aware of and focus on for the next year. Details of all upcoming events including our annual conference will be available on our website, so be sure to check back often.
