CCMA Ireland are now inviting applications for the CCMA Certificate in Contact Centre Management, leading to QQI/FETAC Awards in:

  • Business Management in a Contact Centre Environment
  • Supervisory Management in a Contact Centre Environment and
  • Contact Centre Management Support Skills.

This Level 6 Award is aimed at team leaders and supervisors in contact or shared services centres and will equip you to take your career to the next level with skills and knowledge in three key areas. Delivered over 7 months as a blended programme with online content and classroom workshops, this award provides the most up to date knowledge in contact centre management and supervision, adding to skills in people management, team building, communications, work planning, customer relationship management, objective setting and performance evaluation. With only five days off site required, this course is ideally suited to professional learning. The course provides an excellent opportunity for team leaders and supervisors and those with team leader potential to network with and learn from others in the contact centre industry while gaining an accredited qualification.
