Launch of Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Awards 2012
CCMA are delighted to launch our annual awards programme for 2012. Full details of the award categories and application criteria can be found in the awards page on the CCMA website. The awards provide organisations that deliver customer service, sales and technical support the opportunity to be judged by their peers and to be recognised for their ability to deliver excellence in the current challenging economic environment. In 2011 over 150 entries were received and more than 500 industry professionals attended the awards held at the Burlington Hotel, Dublin. 2012 will be the seventh year in which the awards are organised by the CCMA. This year's awards ceremony will take place on Saturday 17th November, in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin. The closing date for submission of entries is 5 p.m. Monday 10th September, 2012. All organisations within the contact centre and shared services industry including suppliers to the sector can enter the awards. Companies do not have to be members of the CCMA to participate. For companies contemplating entering the awards a judges conference call will take place at 4 p.m. on Thursday 19th July, 2012.
