2013 Irish Contact Centre & Shared Services Awards

The 2013 Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards hosted by the CCMA will take place on Saturday 16th November in the Burlington Hotel, Dublin. The application pack outlining 19 award categories and criteria for entries is now available for download from the CCMA website. (Please note this is a large file so allow time to download). We have one new award category this year - Support Team of the Year - to recognise support functions which enable the success of contact and shared services organisations. The closing date for entries is 5 p.m. Monday 9th September 2013, entries will only be accepted via e-mail. A judges conference call will take place on Wednesday 17th July at 4 p.m. The judges call will give companies submitting entries the opportunity to ask any questions or seek clarification from the Chair of the judging panel Yvonne Keaveney. If you would like to participate in this call please register now. The awards celebrate the high standards and service excellence within the Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services sector. It provides an opportunity for companies to show case their operation.
