CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2026
CCMA Ireland is delighted to announce the launch of our 2025 annual awards. We are busy planning our gala awards ceremony which will take place on Friday 27th November at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. But before then there is some work to be done! The 2026 application pack outlining the 18 award categories and criteria for entries is now available for download.
We have made some changes to the criteria in a number of categories this year so please make sure to read the full details.
We have also added a new category Best Use of Artifical Intelligence (AI) to replace our previous category Best Use of Digital Channels. This new category is to reflect the many programmes underway in customer service operations using AI to improve both the customer and employee experience.
The CCMA awards offer a fantastic opportunity to showcase the work of your organisation and to recognise individual and team accomplishments over the last year in the CX industry in Ireland. The awards are open to CCMA members and non members and aim to acknowledge those companies that put their people first and truly listen to their customers. Customer service operations of all sizes are eligible to enter and there are individual and team categories.
The CCMA awards provide a national platform to showcase your operation, your teams and your people.

The closing date for entries is 5 p.m. Wednesday 9th September 2026, entries will only be accepted via e-mail to awards@ccma.ie
A webinar to run through the 18 categories and the process for submitting entries will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday 8th July, 2026. This will give companies submitting entries the opportunity to ask any questions or seek clarification. If you would like to participate in this call please register here.
