The 2025 CCMA Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards took place on Friday, 21 November at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, bringing together industry leaders, teams, and professionals from across Ireland for an unforgettable evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration.
This year’s Awards once again shone a spotlight on the incredible people and organisations who continue to raise the bar in customer contact and shared services, demonstrating innovation, leadership, dedication to customers, and excellence in service delivery.
Hosted by the wonderful Síle Seoige, with live music from The Prickly Pairs, the night captured everything special about the CCMA community: connection, pride, achievement, and the power of people coming together to celebrate success.
