Seasonal Greetings from the CCMA
With Christmas fast approaching we would like to wish all our members and their families the joys of the season and a happy New Year.
In a year like no other, we would like to thank all our members, sponsors and business partners for your continued support. Since March 2020 we have hosted over 150 webinars, so a particular thanks to each presenter and contributor and especially to our on-line support partner WSI - without you all we could not have done it!
As we plan for 2022, we will continue to work with our members and sponsors to design and deliver interactive discussions and workshops on key aspects of the Customer Service industry in Ireland, on topics including coaching, leadership, employee engagement, digital transformation, wellbeing and much more...
We were delighted over the last few weeks to deliver CCMA 2021 Awards to many of those who were successful at our recent ceremony and received recognition from their peers for setting the standards for customer service excellence across the world.
We will be sending out details of our schedule of webinars in early January. If there are any particular subject areas that you would like addressed as part of a CCMA Ask the Expert series in 2022, or if you would like to share your business story, please let me know at email@example.com.
