CCMA Wishes All Members a Happy Holiday

As we look ahead to 2023, we want to take a moment to reflect on the year. We saw the awards (sponsored by Workair) return to a full, in-person event for the first time in three years, hosted our annual conference at the Aviva (sponsored by BT) and continued to support our members with informative, insightful and idea generating webinars, for the growth and success of all businesses in our network.

We want to thank all our sponsors for their support this year and wish them, and all our members, a happy holiday from all of us here at the CCMA.

Into the New Year, we will continue to work with our members and sponsors to create and deliver engaging site visits, in person events, webinars and workshop, on key aspects of the Customer Service industry in Ireland. As before, we’ll focus on topics such as future trends, emerging technologies, staffing, team environments, leadership, organisation transformation, employee engagement, wellbeing and much more...

We are busy working on our schedule of events for 2023, and putting together a tight agenda covering a wide range of subjects on customer experience, the modern-day contact centre, and best practices that organisations should be both aware of and focus on for the next year. Details of all upcoming events including our annual conference will be available on our website, so be sure to check back often.

We will be sending out details of our member forums, workshops and webinars in January. If there are any particular subject areas that you would like addressed as part of a CCMA webinar series in 2023, or if you would like to share your business story, please let me know at dorothy@ccma.ie.
